The Third Plenary Meeting of RILEM TC-TDC was held in Qingdao on May 23rd and 24th, 2013. The meeting was chaired by Yan Yao, the Chairlady of TC-TDC, also President of China Building Materials Academy (CBMA).
F. H. Wittmann from Germany, Erik. Schlangen from The Netherlands, Nele De Belie from Belgium, Max Setzer from Germany, Tiejun Zhao, Feng Xing, Li Weihua and others from China, totally 14 members of TC-TDC and 6 students and engineers from CBMA and Qingdao Tech. Univ. attended this meeting. |
